We are proud to develop and produce the collection with help of the finest artisans in the near-by region of Florence. To work within the local community allow us to be flexible, produce small series and present new favourite-items every week online. Other positive effects are limited waste and short transportations which is beneficial to all.

 

CSR and Sustainability

For us, it is important that our company and business set a positive footprint and work with the local community. Therefore, we have adopted a policy concerning social, ethical and environmental impact in line with our values:

“We promote the local community by collaborating with artisans and professionals in the region while considering people and environment”

The Code of Conduct sets the minimum standard regarding labour practices for us and our business partners. The CoC is based on ILO Conventions for labour practices and the UN’s Declaration on Human Rights.

Along with product safety standards and restrictions of hazardous chemicals, the CoC requirements are communicated and shall be implemented throughout the supply chain.

As we strive for continuous improvements, this is a constant work which can never be fully completed. However, the goals and strategy for the next 18 months are set and when entering the new year of 2019, we plan to take another important step of our sustainability development.
